Product Marketing Manager (all genders)

As a dedicated Product Marketing Manager at SYNAOS, you bring structure and clarity to complex technologies. You shape how we position our platform in the market, how we communicate with potential and existing customers, and how our Go-to-Market teams can act successfully. In this key role, you will complement our growing marketing team that already covers PR, Events, Digital, and Partner Marketing. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, Implementation Teams, and Leadership to translate complex product functions into understandable, convincing customer benefits – for a complex buyer journey with stakeholders from IT and OT.

Aufgaben

• Development and Ownership of Product Positioning and Messaging that convinces at different target groups–from the shop floor to leadership levels in IT and OT
• Creation of Sales and Enablement Materials like Battlecards, One-Pagers, Presentations, Solution Sheets, and internal Briefings
• Support for Go-to-Market Activities for new Features, Releases, or Products–including Messaging, Target Group Addressing, and Launch Material
• Development of Content and Campaigns that address our market, build trust, and support the decision-making process
• Conducting and maintaining Competitor Analyses to enable differentiation and sharpen the Roadmap or Messaging
• Closely working with Product Managers, Implementation Advisors, Sales Colleagues, and Marketing Team Members
• Contributing to Thought-Leadership Initiatives, Use-Case Stories, or Executive Content
• Ongoing development of Messaging based on market feedback, signals, and performance data

Qualifikation

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Strategy, or Go-to-Market in a B2B-SaaS environment–ideally in logistics, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial software
• Ability to translate technical complexity into need-oriented communication for different stakeholders
• Experience in Start-up-, Scale-up, or matrix-organized companies with cross-functional collaboration
• Safety in creating Content and Materials–from idea to implementation–and strategic insight for narratives and positioning
• Familiarity with Sales Enablement Practices and Tools (Battlecards, Competitor Analyses, Objection Handling, Personas etc.)
• A structured, proactive, and collaborative work style–you want to shape the role, not just fill it
• German on a native level, as well as very good English skills in writing and speaking; French or Spanish are a plus (can replace German in exceptional cases)
