Product Manager*in (m/w/d)
Job description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about product design and innovation?
Do you want to build features or solve real problems?
We are not looking for a mere "Manager of Requirements", but rather a strategic thinker who can make our product the market leader. We are a SaaS startup with a clear mission: To make multi-way logistics as easy as single-use. We reduce not only the CO2 footprint of an entire industry, but also optimize one of its most annoying processes.
As Product Manager, you will not be responsible for writing tickets. You are responsible for ensuring that our product is valuable to the customer and profitable for our business.
Aufgaben
- Product Discovery instead of mere Execution: You won't receive finished solutions. Instead, you will work closely with Design and Engineering to figure out what we need to build. You validate hypotheses quickly and minimize the risk of building things that nobody needs.
- Outcome over Output: Your success is not measured by the number of written tickets or punctual releases, but by measurable business results (e.g., adoption rate of features, process efficiency for customers).
- Tiefes Kundenverständnis: You will become an expert for our users. Through continuous user interviews and data analysis, you understand their pain points better than they do and lead the product strategy from there.
- Business Viability: You ensure that our solutions are not only usable but also fit into our business model and are legally and technically feasible.
Qualifikation
- Liebe zum Problem: You understand the difference between project and product management. You love solving complex problems and take responsibility for the economic success of your product area.
- Evidenzbasierte Entscheidungen: You don't rely on gut feeling. You have experience with modern discovery methods (prototyping, A/B testing, customer interviews) and know how to use data to support arguments.
- Kollaboration & Kommunikation: You see developers and designers not as "resources", but as partners. You can say no to stakeholders confidently to keep the focus on what's essential, and you can enthusiastically communicate your product vision.
- Hintergrund: A degree is good, real experience is better. Whether it's computer science, business administration or a non-traditional background: What's important is that you have experience building digital products (SaaS) and ideally have already worked in a fast-paced environment (startup).
Benefits
- Your Buddy, our Welcome Box, and a structured onboarding phase help you settle in quickly and get started at our company.
- You experience a positive team culture through regular team game nights, weekly coffee dates, joint sporting activities (company runs,...), exciting summer events, etc.
- We are flexible when it comes to choosing your workplace location, and you decide whether you want to come to the office or work from home.
- We want to grow together and look forward to having you on board and actively contributing to the development of our company.
- Your work has a lasting impact, as we reduce the CO2 footprint of logistics.
- You can choose the incentives that suit you: We support the Germany ticket, EGYM Wellpass, and job rad.
- Company pension scheme
- 30 vacation days
- Surely it should be self-evident, but we also offer: Free drinks, selection of your work equipment, regular feedback conversations.
We look forward to receiving your application and getting to know you!
