PRODUCT MANAGER (m/f/d) FESTIVAL & EVENTS

To bring the OMR Festival to life, it requires expertise, power, and sometimes strong nerves. Our Festival & Events team has all of that! We are about 50 employees and are responsible for the operational planning and execution of the OMR Festival. Because our event products continue to grow, we are expanding the crew by two people. We are looking for an active person for the area of (Premium) Expo & Samplings as well as for the area of Masterclass & Guide Tour.


Are you passionate about events and want to actively shape the future of the OMR Festival? Are you really eager to confidently manage communication with our partners and customers and take exciting event products to the next level? Then become part of our OMR crew.

• Together with your colleagues, you will take over the organization, internal and external communication, as well as analysis and product development of our event products.
• You will plan and organize the products “Premium Expo”, “Expo” and “Samplings”, which primarily means hall, booth, and sampling planning. Here you will work closely with exhibitors, event agencies, and all involved trades.
• Or you will plan, manage, and control the “Masterclasses“ and “Guided Tours“ products end-to-end – from partner consultation, internal interface work with Sales, Marketing, Editorial & Tech, to execution and on-site speaker support.
• You will consolidate the implementation of different interests to offer customers, visitors, and colleagues the best possible OMR Festival experience.

• You have professional experience in event, trade fair, or project management.
• You communicate confidently, appreciatively, and at eye level with partners and customers.
• You have a strong sense of service towards our customers.
• You always maintain an overview and a cool head, even in hectic phases.
• You work extremely structured, solution-oriented, and drive your projects forward with high initiative.
• You are proficient in using digital tools.
• You express yourself excellently in German and have good English language skills.
