Product Manager E-Bikes (m/f/d)

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will strengthen our product management team and accompany our cargo e-bikes from the initial idea to market launch. You will combine technical understanding with market knowledge and ensure that our bikes can do exactly what our customers need in their demanding daily business. In a small, efficient team with short communication lines and a lot of creative freedom.

Tasks

• Accompany products from conception to market launch – you will maintain an overview throughout the entire lifecycle
• Define requirements: You translate market and customer needs into concrete product requirements
• Technical coordination: You work closely with development, purchasing, and suppliers on components, specifications, and solutions
• Keep an eye on the market and competition: You observe trends in the bicycle and EPAC environment and derive product decisions from them
• Interface within the company: You bring together product development, sales, and service and ensure clarity in both directions
• Prepare for market launch: You will support with product documentation, training, and launch

Qualification

• Experience in product management, ideally in the field of two-track vehicles
• In-depth knowledge of the bicycle environment, especially EPAC/Pedelec
• Technical understanding and market knowledge
• Experience in accompanying products from conception to market launch
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
• Hands-on mentality: You think solution-oriented and get actively involved
• Ability to learn and adapt – not every process is set in stone here
• Fluent German, confident English
