To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Product Manager* 100% starting immediately or by arrangement, who shares our passion for natural products.

In this key role, you will holistically manage our product portfolio from the initial idea, through assortment planning, to the further development of our farfalla assortment. You will combine market understanding, business acumen, and creativity to align our portfolio successfully and sustainably.

Your Tasks

• Holistic management of our product portfolio from the initial idea to assortment planning, development, further development, and discontinuation of products
• Analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, as well as identification of new product potentials
• Project leadership and coordination of all relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Planning, support, and implementation of product launches and coordination of all associated activities
• Responsibility for the development and optimization of our packaging solutions with a focus on sustainability, recyclability, and brand conformity
• Creation of briefings for the formulation of AromaCare and Beauty Care products
• Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as R&D, QS, Purchasing, and Logistics, as well as external partners such as suppliers

Your Profile

• Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• In-depth experience in Product Management, preferably in the cosmetics industry or a comparable industry
• Strong market and analysis competence, as well as a good understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Technical understanding and experience in the development of packaging concepts (tubes, labels, etc.)
• Strong project management skills, as well as a creative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Passion for sustainable topics, such as ingredients and environmentally friendly packaging
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, Italian is an advantage
