Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of payment products tailored to the Latin American market. • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market insights, customer needs, and industry trends. • Collaborate with acquiring partners, issuers, payment institutions, and merchants to expand product adoption. • Analyze market regulations, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for innovation. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions. • Work closely with the data analytics team to track product performance and identify areas for improvement. • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. • Develop and manage budgets for product development and launch initiatives. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
