QUICK GREEN is a rapidly growing digital Healthcare platform in Germany, connecting patients, doctor's offices, and pharmacies for the prescription of medical cannabis. After successfully validating our business model and strong market resonance, we are now entering a decisive next growth phase.

After our first pragmatic technology prototype has proven the concept, we are now investing specifically in building a long-term scalable, high-performance, and regulatory compliant platform.

Deine Mission

You build the operating system for the next generation of medical care and are responsible for the hybrid patient journey between digital platform and physical practice.
Your goal is a seamless, scalable integration of on-site systems, practice processes, and digital touchpoints – with measurable impact on patient experience, efficiency, and process quality.

What you can expect from us

• End-to-End responsibility for the patient journey over digital and physical touchpoints; You design the user journey from click to check-in to pickup at the pharmacy.
• Integration of practice software, on-site systems, and operational processes into the platform
• Taking in, structuring, and prioritizing requirements from patient, practice, operations, and regulatory perspectives
• Translating complex technical requirements into clear product features, backlogs, and roadmaps
• Closely working with Tech, Operations, Marketing, Patient Support, and Practice teams
• Guiding the implementation including prioritization, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
• Ongoing optimization of usability, process stability, and efficiency
• Using data, feedback, and learnings to further develop the product

Qualifikation

What you bring with you

• Multiple years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the Healthcare, platform, or process field
• Strong understanding of processes and interfaces between digital and operational systems
• Structured, data-based work approach with clear prioritization
• Able to abstract complex requirements and make them actionable
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders
• Very good German, English an asset
