QUICK GREEN is a rapidly growing digital healthcare platform in Germany, connecting patients, doctors, and pharmacies around the prescription of medical cannabis. After a successful proof of concept and strong market resonance, we're now taking the next big step: Scaling.

Our first pragmatic technology prototype has shown that the model works. Now we're investing specifically in building a scalable, high-performance, and regulatorily clean platform, which will bear fruit – technically, economically, and for our patients.

Aufgaben

Your Mission:

• You are the Owner of our platform: You have the big picture in mind
• You responsibilize the Website Experience and ensure that patients feel at ease – and buy
• You bring your own ideas for features, flows, and improvements into play and implement them
• You work daily with Marketing & Tech and translate goals into clear product decisions
• You prioritize topics pragmatically: What brings the greatest impact now?
• You use A/B-Tests and Conversion Data, to test hypotheses and optimize
• You have a strong sense of UX, Style, and Design and know what builds trust

You are the trip leader, architect, and hotel manager for our platform all in one. With measurable influence on patient experience, efficiency, and process quality.

Qualifikation

Your Toolkit consists of:

• Flexibility to navigate safely in a strongly dynamic market and between changing priorities
• Hands-On mentality, intrinsic motivation, and a clear focus on outputs
• Multiple years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the healthcare, platform, or process field
• Strong process and interface understanding between digital and operational systems
• Structured, data-based working style with a clear prioritization approach
• Able to abstract complex requirements and make them executable
• Communication strength in dealing with different stakeholders
• Very good German, English is an advantage
