Requirements

You are a first principles product thinker who understands service-led user journeys and is excited to improve pet healthcare outcomes through technology. You’ve likely worked in B2C e-commerce or marketplace environments with service components (like diagnostics, teleconsults, at-home care, home services etc..) and have a strong pulse on customer behavior, CX, and operational excellence.

You will be a great fit if you are:

• A pet parent
• Passionate about building intuitive, high-impact user-facing services
  Have experience working on digital service flows (booking, scheduling, availability management, live sessions, CRM integration)
• Can analyze user behavior, postulate theories, run experiments, and iterate rapidly
• Thrive in environments with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration
• Have a deep appreciation for CX, operations, and retention metrics
• Are comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in scaling 0→1 and 1→10 products
• You have 3–6 years of experience in product management
