Product Manager UX/UI & AI (m/f/d)

FunnelCockpit is an all-in-one platform that enables companies to build and automate their online marketing and sales processes. We are continuously developing our product and rely heavily on modern AI technologies.

For this, we are looking for a Product Manager with a strong focus on UX/UI and Design: You understand our users, turn their problems into clear, simple solutions, and ensure that FunnelCockpit not only does a lot but also feels good. You work closely with our development team and management, bringing ideas from the initial draft to the finished feature.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the user experience of FunnelCockpit and consistently develop interfaces and workflows from the perspective of our customers.

• You build prototypes and new interfaces directly with AI tools like Claude, Codex, or Cursor (Vibe Coding), instead of just drawing mockups.

• You translate customer feedback and company goals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• You prioritize features and improvements together with management and the development team.

• You coordinate closely with the developers and accompany the implementation until release.

• You test new functions from the user's perspective and ensure an easy, consistent UX.

• You further develop our design system and ensure a uniform appearance throughout the entire product.

• You develop AI-powered workflows that allow us to get from idea to finished feature faster.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Designer, or UX/UI Designer, ideally with a SaaS product or web application.

• A very good sense for UX, understandable user guidance, and good visual design.

• Extensive practical experience with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor.

• Experience with Vibe Coding: You have already built prototypes, tools, or small apps with AI yourself.

• Good basic technical understanding of web applications, so you can speak with developers on an equal footing. Classic programming experience is not a must.

• You work in a structured, self-reliant manner and make pragmatic decisions.

• Very good German skills and good English skills.

Your profile is particularly interesting if you have already worked with marketing tools, landing page or funnel builders and can show us examples of designs or projects that you have built yourself with AI.
