Product Manager

Job Description: Product Manager Experience: 3–5 years Role Overview: Unico Connect is looking for a Product Manager who can own product requirements and delivery for web and mobile applications while leveraging modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve clarity, speed, and execution.The role requires strong customer engagement, structured requirement validation, and the ability to translate ideas into clear product artifacts, including early-stage prototypes when required. Key Responsibilities:• Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to develop and deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and ensure successful product launches.• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform product decisions and measure success.Key Skills:• 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field• Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and modern tools is an asset.
