Product Manager

Job Purpose: The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both internal and external stakeholders. The Product Manager will work closely with the Sales Team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing product launch plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams; • Collaborating with the Sales Team to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal partners; • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategies; • Providing sales support and training to ensure that the Sales Team has the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote products; • Developing and managing budgets for marketing programs and sales initiatives; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with product launches and sales strategies. The Product Manager will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive product portfolio, including product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis.
