Product Manager Supply Chain & Transport - M/F

At Hubvisory, you won't just manage a backlog: you'll become the essential product reference to support our major clients with the digital products that keep their supply chains running. Carrier referencing, maritime, road, and rail flows, critical data, mastery of real costs. Dense subjects, not spectacular from afar, and among the most structuring that a Product Manager can handle.

What you do concretely:

• You start from the ground before designing. Mapping data flows, interviews with transport coordinators sometimes spread across several countries, identification of real pain points. You translate what you hear into target journeys, not a list of requests.

• You carry a two to three-year vision. You build the roadmap for a referencing and steering platform: automation of tenders, quota management, forecasting transit times. You decide what we build, and what we leave behind.

• You take control of the data. Interconnected models, data quality, discrepancies between actual carrier costs and internal re-billing. You interpret the indicators yourself, structure hypotheses, and measure to decide, not just to display.

• You manage scoping and delivery. Product briefs and use case scenarios for your technical squad, facilitating rituals, validation of compliance at each milestone, rollout, and user training. A legacy tool only disappears if the new one truly holds up.

• You measure the impact. Reduction of manual workload for transport teams, reliability of delivery times, cost control. You define the KPIs and OKRs that matter and defend them.

• You participate in Hubvisory's life. You consolidate your consultant posture, share your feedback and experiences, and evolve, according to your aspirations, towards Product Leader or Consulting Manager roles.

• Have you already seen what flow automation or a forecasting algorithm can change for a supply chain product? We are looking for PMs who qualify AI cases before implementing them, not PMs who would advocate for AI everywhere.

The package: €42,000-€52,000 gross fixed salary, bi-annual reviews, profit-sharing up to 22% of profits distributed equally.

👉 The profile we are looking for

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager on digital products with a background in supply chain, logistics, international transport, or critical data repositories.

• You are comfortable with dense functional architectures and interconnected data models, with a strong requirement for data quality. Roadmap and backlog management are part of your daily routine, and your value orientation is your driver.

• Three qualities that make the difference here: real operational autonomy, communication capable of engaging international and dispersed stakeholders, and unwavering analytical rigor.

• Professional English expected.

• Technical environments you will encounter: Jira, Confluence, Figma, data lakes, REST APIs, ERP and TMS ecosystems.
