Product Manager - Supply Chain

We are looking for a Product Manager – Supply Chain to drive product strategy and execution across Licious’ farm-to-fork ecosystem. This role will work across sourcing, procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehousing, and logistics systems to build scalable, data-driven solutions. You will own end-to-end supply chain product initiatives that improve service levels, reduce wastage, and optimize fulfillment costs, while enabling scalable growth. Working closely with business, engineering, and operations teams, you will develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with Licious’ overall strategy. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining deep understanding of the supply chain ecosystem, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities that drive business value. • Designing and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize supply chain operations, leveraging tools such as data analytics, machine learning, and automation. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, engineers, and logistics partners. • Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within Licious. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
