Strategic Product Objectives

• Results and Business Orientation: Connect product strategy directly to critical business KPIs, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and return on investment.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Establish a strong analytical culture, using quantitative and qualitative data to support the roadmap, prioritization, and hypotheses.
• Innovation and Efficiency with AI: Explore and integrate the use of Artificial Intelligence and automation to optimize internal processes, improve user experience, and accelerate time-to-market.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Translate needs from various areas (commercial, operations, marketing, etc.) into functional digital products, ensuring real and sustainable adoption by business fronts.

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning technology with the company's growth needs;
• Conduct continuous Discovery processes with users, customers, and non-digital business areas, transforming real pain points into software solutions;
• Act with a strong analytical bias, defining, monitoring, and communicating clear product KPIs and business impact;
• Evaluate Build vs. Buy scenarios (in-house development vs. vendor acquisition), considering costs, timelines, and scalability;
• Work in close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data teams, and corporate system partners (such as SAP and market platforms);
• Manage the product lifecycle with agile methodologies, ensuring delivery quality and continuous improvement;
• Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders clearly, structured, and collaboratively, ensuring alignment on complex priorities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Product Manager in retail, e-commerce, complex ecosystems, or high-scale digital product contexts;
• Strong analytical and business capability, with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making and financial/operational metrics;
• Practical experience in in-depth discovery processes with stakeholders of different profiles (technical and non-technical);
• Solid experience in managing, prioritizing, and refining roadmaps and backlogs using agile methodologies;
• Clear, articulate communication and excellent negotiation and expectation management skills with multiple stakeholders.

Desirable Differentiators

• Experience or practical interest in applying AI (Artificial Intelligence) solutions, LLMs, or advanced automation in daily product operations;
• Experience with corporate systems and complex integrations (e.g., ERPs like SAP, CRMs, Analytics tools);
• Proficiency in analytical tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
• Track record in digital transformation projects or legacy product restructuring.
