What awaits you

As a Product Manager, you think from the customer's perspective – and from the day after tomorrow. You know the world of agencies, consultancies, and IT service providers: how they plan, bill, communicate, and grow. You use this understanding not only to think through the next feature but to help determine the direction of the product. You work in close exchange with development and customer operations, bringing together customer feedback, the technical and strategic perspective – and helping the team make the right decisions at the right time.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Conception: You first ask why. The actual requirement behind a feature request is your starting point. From there, you think through solution approaches holistically and prepare them precisely for development.
• Product Design: Figma is familiar to you, and you have an eye for design – you recognize what makes an interface intuitive, clear, and pleasant to use.
• Close to the User: You are regularly in direct contact with customers, challenge assumptions, and know what is really needed and not just loudly desired.
• Testing & QA: You actively accompany the implementation, provide feedback in the process, and ensure that the finished feature meets the original requirement.
• View of the Big Picture: You don't think of MOCO feature by feature, but in directions. You recognize patterns in customer feedback, market development, and technical possibilities – and help the team make clear priorities from them.
• Blog & Handbook: You explain what's new and why it's important. Concise, to the point, and without buzzwords. Writing well is not a chore for you, but part of the job.

Qualification

Your profile

• Experience in Product Management: You have helped shape products in a B2B SaaS context – from conception to release. You know how good decisions are made and when they need to be made.
• Understanding of Agency & Service Provider Processes: You know how agencies, consultancies, and IT service providers work. Ideally from your own experience or from a previous product in this segment.
• Trend Awareness: You keep up with technological, design, and conceptual changes in the industry. You are interested in AI not as a hype, but as a real opportunity.
• Strong Communication Skills: You write well. Not just clearly and error-free, but in a way that people understand why something is important.
• Bonus Skill: You know MOCO and may have even worked with it before.
