You will play a pivotal role in transforming the way we manage expenses, and your input will have a direct impact on the company's growth. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: • Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions • Developing and maintaining product documentation and training materials • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business objectives • Identifying and mitigating risks and potential roadblocks • Developing and managing product budgets and timelines • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. What we're looking for: • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field • Strong understanding of the expense management industry and market trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong understanding of the company's products and services, including Rydoo's expense management solutions.
