Job Description Job Role: Sr Associate Product Manager – Cards Proposition & Partnerships Experience: 3–6 years of experience Education: BE/B.Tech or/ MBA from institute of repute Function: RuPay Product Location: Mumbai Role Overview The Product Manager – Cards Proposition & Partnerships will be responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of card propositions, feature innovation, and partner‑led value creation across RuPay Debit and Credit Cards. The role will focus on building differentiated card values through strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including banks, fintech companies, and merchants. This includes developing and implementing innovative card products, features, and services that drive business growth, customer engagement, and loyalty. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy for RuPay Debit and Credit Cards, aligned with the company's overall vision and goals. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new card propositions, features, and services. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, fintech companies, and merchants, to drive strategic partnerships and value creation. • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure the success of card propositions and partnerships. • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure RuPay's cards remain competitive and relevant. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payments industry, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
