Product Manager
Job description

Define and own the product roadmap for our SaaS platform based on customer needs, market trends, and company goals.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and deliver product features and improvements.

Conduct customer and market research, gather user feedback, and translate insights into product requirements (PRDs, user stories).

Prioritize product backlog using frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) and ensure timely delivery of product releases.

Lead cross-functional agile development teams through planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Monitor product performance metrics (NPS, churn, retention, usage analytics) and iterate to drive continuous improvement.

Serve as the voice of the customer and evangelize the product internally and externally.

Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client needs and support go-to-market strategies.

Stay up to date on competitive landscape, technology trends, and SaaS best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.

Proven ability to launch and scale SaaS products.

Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Mixpanel, or similar.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to drive decision-making.

Experience with API-based platforms or integrations.

Familiarity with customer onboarding, subscription billing, or multi-tenant SaaS systems.

Technical background or experience working closely with software engineering teams.
