Responsibilities: * Vision and goal-setting: * Definition of the product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and market opportunities; * Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating alignment on product priorities, negotiating trade-offs, and ensuring decisions are understood and shared; * Foster the development of a product culture, where the team is empowered to make informed, results-oriented decisions; * Discovery and experimentation: * Lead continuous discovery activities and validation of critical hypotheses; * Collaborate with design, development, and other functions to transform insights into concrete and testable solutions; * Design and oversee experiments, prototypes, and A/B tests, adapting solutions based on data to maximize impact; * Contribute to defining both foundational and experimental initiatives to support continuous learning; * Delivery: * Support the entire product lifecycle, from concept to release, and foster post-launch adoption through clear communication, feedback collection, and continuous optimization; * Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and team capacity; * Monitor risks and dependencies, proposing solutions that keep the roadmap sustainable and realistic; * Innovation and experimentation: * Explore new technologies and approaches with curiosity, integrating them into daily work; * Promote the adoption of AI and new tools to support the team and the product; Are you the figure we are looking for? We are seeking: * **1-5 years** of experience in Product Owner / Product Manager roles or similar roles in digital contexts (e.g., developers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, Product Designers with product management experience); * Familiarity with and interest in continuous discovery, problem framing, A/B testing, and product experimentation; * Experience in using major AI tools, experimentation through PoCs and/or projects actually implemented; basic knowledge of how an agentic ecosystem works; * Knowledge of Agile / Lean principles and familiarity with major frameworks; * Data-driven mindset and ability to read metrics for informed decisions; * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; * Experience with management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Miro, Trello, Figma…); * Good knowledge of the English language; * Bachelor's or Master's degree; **Nice to Have** * PSPO (Scrum.org), CSPO (Scrum Alliance) certifications or other equivalent certifications; * Experience in rapid prototyping with AI tools and vibe coding practices (Lovable, Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity); * Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Make, N8N, Zapier…); * Specific training courses in Product Management; * Good knowledge of the French language **What we offer** The compensation package for this position ranges from **€28,000** to **€33,000** for the **Consultant** grade and from **€34,000** to **€40,000** for the **Senior Consultant** grade. The employment level will be defined during the selection process based on the identified profile and in compliance with current regulations and the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria. The indicated compensation refers only to the **RAL (Gross Annual Salary)**. The overall package may include additional variable components, related to the achievement of specific individual and/or company objectives, welfare, and company benefits.
