Product Manager

Marion employs experts who, on a daily basis, create and ensure the maintenance of standards for manufactured cosmetics, conducting scientific and research activities, control, and microbiological and production research. Our brands include: Marion, Mi Marion, Derma M Institute, and Hairmate.

• Managing the development process of new Marion brand cosmetic products – from concept to market launch
• Building brand awareness of Marion and initiating activities to increase its profitability
• Cooperation with the R&D Department in developing new cosmetic formulations
• Creating product claims and marketing texts
• Preparing presentations and product materials for the sales team
• Sales support at the new product tendering stage
• Analysis of the cosmetic market and active trend searching
• Supervision of product documentation
• Cooperation with a graphic designer in creating packaging concepts

• Min. 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry (experience in a cosmetic company is a plus)
• Experience in independently managing projects ending with product launch on the market
• Very good self-organization of work, ability to plan and set priorities
• Autonomy in decision-making, goal orientation
• Good knowledge of the cosmetic market and current trends
• Copywriting skills – "light pen" and creativity
