Product Manager

About the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to define the direction of portfolio products and coordinate their development, from opportunity identification to launch and optimization. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a clear perspective on customer needs, commercial performance, and the evolution of the banking market.

• You define the vision and strategy for portfolio products, in line with the bank's objectives.
• You identify market opportunities and customer needs for the development of new products or the optimization of existing ones.
• You develop and update the product roadmap, product positioning, customer segmentation, and competitive advantages.
• You coordinate product development initiatives, from idea and definition of functional requirements to implementation and launch.
• You participate in defining end-to-end flows and ensure the procedural and operational framework necessary for product implementation.
• You collaborate with internal teams, including IT, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and the Innovation Office, for the efficient implementation of new functionalities.
• You monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose optimization measures.
• You analyze the competitiveness of banking products in relation to the market and competition.
• You conduct and support profitability analyses, cost-benefit analyses, business cases, impact analyses, and progress reports.
• You present results, evolutions, and plans related to the portfolio to the bank's management and the Deputy General Manager.
• You coordinate communication with branches for the correct implementation of products.

What we are looking for:

• University degree in economics, management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager role in the banking sector.
• Solid knowledge of retail banking products, digital channels, and consumer behavior.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present complex information.
• Customer, innovation, and results orientation.
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills.
