Product Manager – POS & Fiscalization (m/f/d)

As a Product Manager (m/f/d) in the POS & Fiscalization area, you will take on a central role in building and further developing our business with solutions for point-of-sale systems, TSE (Technische Sicherheitseinrichtung), and fiscal requirements.
You will combine technical understanding with strong business acumen and, together with our customers, partners, and internal teams, develop tailor-made solutions – from the initial business idea, through technical integration, to successful rollout.
In doing so, you will work closely with POS manufacturers, software vendors, resellers, payment providers, and strategic customers in the German and European markets.

• Business Development & Customer Development: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with POS manufacturers, software vendors, resellers, payment providers, and strategic customers.
• Opportunity Management: Accompanying new business opportunities from the initial customer contact, through technical evaluation and TSE/POS integration, to commercial negotiations and rollout.
• Technical Customer Consulting: Supporting our customers with TSE implementations, fiscal requirements, POS architectures, and integration concepts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Close cooperation with Product Management, Engineering, and other internal teams on technical evaluations and customer projects.
• Customer Solutions: Developing customer-specific solutions as well as creating account plans and business cases.
• Project Support: Managing complex customer projects and ensuring successful implementation together with customers and technical partners.
• Commercial Responsibility: Responsibility for agreed revenue and profitability targets as well as support with pricing and commercial negotiations.
• Market Development: Monitoring the German and European POS and Fiscalization market as well as identifying new market and business potentials.

• Several Years of Professional Experience: Experience in POS, Retail Technology, Payment, Fiscalization, or comparable technical B2B solutions.
• Fiscalization Expertise: Profound practical knowledge of the German fiscalization market, especially in the area of TSE, POS integration, and tax compliance requirements.
• TSE Experience: Demonstrable experience in implementing or supporting TSE and fiscal solutions within POS environments.
• Technical Understanding: Good knowledge of POS architectures, APIs, cloud services, and hardware integrations.
• Industry Network: Experience in collaborating with POS manufacturers, software vendors, resellers, or system integrators. An existing network in the German and European POS and Fiscalization market is a significant advantage.
• B2B Experience: Successful track record in business development, development, or project management of technically demanding B2B solutions.
• Interface Competence: You can discuss technical integration and implementation topics with developers and architects while simultaneously negotiating business cases with senior management and customers.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: You work independently, pragmatically, and solution-oriented and feel comfortable in complex customer and project environments.
• Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Languages: Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
