Product Manager - Platform (m/w/d)

As Product Manager - Platform (m/w/d), you will be the driving force behind the technological development of our Finance department. You will be responsible for optimizing and automating our financial processes and driving the integration of Odoo as a central ERP system into the entire MYNE system landscape – in close collaboration with Salesforce, Data Warehouse, BI, and Operations. You will work data-driven, think in end-to-end processes, and use automation potential to simplify and scale financial processes sustainably.

In addition, you will take on a key role in introducing AI-based solutions (AI in Finance) – for example, automating bookings, forecasting, or document processing. Your goal: a scalable, intelligent, and data-driven finance operating system that improves transparency, efficiency, and decision-making quality sustainably.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the further development, integration, and optimization of Odoo as a central ERP system
• Analyse, design, and implementation of efficient finance processes – from accounting to reporting to controlling
• Identification and implementation of AI & Automation applications in the Finance department (e.g. automation, machine learning, forecasting)
• Requirements management: taking on, prioritizing, and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Closely working with Finance, Tech, Salesforce Dev, Platform Ops, and Data Teams to ensure a smooth system integration
• Building a modern finance reporting and controlling architecture based on Odoo and BI systems
• Ensuring data quality, process compliance, and system efficiency
• Guiding internal and external stakeholders in the context of system expansion projects
• Change management: training and enabling Finance teams to work with new tools and processes
• Developing KPIs to measure system performance and process quality
• Designing and documenting end-to-end processes in the sense of a modern finance operating model.
• Applying agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) to prioritize, implement, and continuously improve the roadmap.

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Controlling
• Multiple years of experience in finance or product/project management with a strong system and process focus
• In-depth understanding of ERP systems (ideally Odoo) and their integration into complex system landscapes
• Experience working with CRM, BI, and reporting systems (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, dbt)
• Technological affinity and interest in applying AI/Automation (ideally in the finance field) with common tools like n8n, Make.com or Zapier
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Experience in project management, ideally with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive working style with high self-responsibility
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (at least C1)
