As Product Manager Operations, you are the driving force behind the implementation of process improvements in our operation. You dive deep into the data, identify bottlenecks, and support the Product Manager Operations in translating and delivering concrete solutions together with our development team.

What you will do

You are responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and realizing adjustments to our operations tooling. You do this to facilitate the growth of Crisp in a smart and efficient way.

• You work with our Lead Product Manager Operations, Analytics, and the operational teams to identify growth opportunities and improvements in their work processes.

• You use data from the operation to estimate the impact of these process improvements.

• You put on your safety shoes to gather input on the shop floor.

• Together with the developers, you discuss which technical adjustments to our tooling are necessary to achieve process improvement.

• During the implementation of an improvement, you ensure the process is secured.

• As soon as you have implemented an improvement, you measure its effects. You use this data again as input to explore the next improvement.

This is you

As an ideal candidate, you have some experience within the Product Management field. You can prioritize tasks well and are a strong substantive sparring partner for both developers and managers of the various teams. Additionally, you are driven to learn and develop quickly. You recognize yourself in the following profile:

• At least 1 year of work experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst. Preferably in a scale-up environment.

• Completed WO degree in a technical, (business) economic, or beta field.

Preferably, you also have:

• You are curious and can collaborate well in different types of teams.

• You have an affinity with process optimization, preferably of logistics processes.

• You like to put on your work shoes to observe the process on the floor.

• Basic knowledge of software development, for example, to quickly estimate the complexity of new features.

• Demonstrable experience with AI and SQL to independently analyze operational data.

• You speak fluent Dutch; English is a plus.
