The Role

We are looking for an experienced, high-autonomy Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our Number Intelligence product function (Velocity, Live, and TeleShield). In this role, you will bridge the commercial "why" and the technical "how” translating vertical strategy into predictable execution across numbering data, APIs, fraud prevention, and platform capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Translate vertical vision into a prioritized, outcome-based roadmap across Velocity, Live, and TeleShield; balance trade-offs and sequence investments across our core portfolio pillars.

Operating Cadence & Delivery Ownership: Lead the working rhythm across Engineering, Data Success, and Commercial teams; manage scope, dependencies, release readiness, and go/no-go decisions.

Continuous Discovery & Requirements: Conduct customer interviews and market analysis to validate problems; write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and API/data specifications.

Data Product & Technical Decisions: Steer numbering data requirements (coverage, accuracy, freshness, line type, portability, carrier signals) and define API contracts, schemas, and SLAs/SLOs in close partnership with Engineering.

Fraud, Trust & Compliance by Design: Build advanced fraud and identity capabilities while incorporating privacy, lawful basis, consent, and regulatory requirements alongside Legal & Compliance.

Voice of the Customer & Market Insight: Synthesize feedback from Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and strategic clients into actionable product improvements; monitor competitive trends in the CPaaS and identity space.

Go-to-Market & Metrics: Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning and launches; define and track product metrics (adoption, data quality SLAs, retention, revenue, and gross margin).

What You Need to Know / Have

6–9+ years of product management experience (or equivalent domain experience in a data-intensive, API, or telecom/CPaaS environment) with demonstrated end-to-end product lifecycle ownership.

Autonomous Execution: Proven ability to manage a product line independently — from problem discovery and PRDs to backlog grooming, launch, and post-release iteration.

Technical Fluency: Deep comfort with technical concepts including REST/SOAP APIs, data pipelines/ETL, data hygiene/quality metrics, schema design, and SLAs/SLOs.

Commercial & Product Judgment: Ability to prioritize ruthlessly, make clear trade-offs, and align product delivery with business margins and customer outcomes.

Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to lead discussions with Engineering, collaborate with commercial teams, and deliver exec-ready reporting.
