Job description

About Us

Ginmon is one of the leading digital wealth managers in Germany. Since its founding in 2014 in Frankfurt am Main, the company has pursued the mission of making professional, scientifically based wealth management accessible to a broad target group: transparent, cost-efficient, and fully digital. Through its own platform, customers invest automatically in globally diversified ETF portfolios, which are continuously optimized and adapted to individual investment goals. With Ginmon Technology, the company also offers its technology and investment expertise in the B2B sector, enabling banks and financial service providers to integrate digital wealth management solutions under their own brand into their product offerings.

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will shape both the further development of the Ginmon Platform and B2B partner projects within the scope of Ginmon Technology.

Your Tasks

  • You will conduct market and user research and identify new product features and trends in the WealthTech sector.

  • You will use modern AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and design software such as Figma to develop analyses, user flows, product ideas, and initial prototypes more quickly.

  • You will develop the product roadmap and, together with cross-functional teams, work out detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • You will work closely with various departments within the company as well as with external partners and stakeholders and coordinate regularly with them.

  • You will ensure that product functions are implemented in accordance with specifications, with high quality, and on time.

  • You will monitor the performance of existing functions and the underlying platform and identify potential for technical optimizations and UX improvements.

  • You will take full responsibility for your own areas of responsibility and actively contribute to product decisions.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree.

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in product management or software engineering, ideally in the Fintech or start-up environment.

  • You are very familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum and the entire software development lifecycle.

  • You are proficient in using tools such as Jira, Claude for Design, Framer, Grafana, Brevo, or Figma.

  • You work both independently and in a team and make well-founded decisions independently.

  • You communicate confidently and transparently within your team, company-wide (including with the CTO and CEO), and with external stakeholders.

  • You speak fluent English and German (at least C1).

  • You live in the Rhine-Main region and can spend at least 60% of your working time in our office in Frankfurt am Main.

Why Ginmon?

  • High degree of autonomy and the opportunity to actively shape our product strategy in close collaboration with the management team.

  • A dynamic, international team with flat hierarchies, fast decision-making processes, and a "get-things-done" mentality.

  • Competitive salary with an attractive, performance-oriented bonus system tied to your partnership milestones.

  • Participation in the long-term success of Ginmon through a Virtual Employee Share Option Program (VESOP).

  • Special conditions for employee investments and use of our platform;

  • Hybrid work (60% on-site) and flexible working hours.

  • Modern office in the heart of Frankfurt with high-end equipment and optimal public transport connections.

  • Regular team events and a pleasant office atmosphere (snacks, drinks, company merch, and more).

  • Reimbursement of your internet costs and costs for your Deutschlandticket.

  • Diverse development opportunities.
