Job description

About Us

Ginmon is one of the leading digital wealth managers in Germany. Since its founding in 2014 in Frankfurt am Main, the company has pursued the mission of making professional, scientifically based wealth management accessible to a broad target group. With apeiron, Ginmon has further developed this technology and investment expertise into an independent B2B platform specifically aimed at independent wealth advisors. apeiron supports advisors with intelligent tools for advice, portfolio management, digital onboarding, fee billing, and securities processing, thereby enabling them to provide a modern, scalable end-customer experience.

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the further development of apeiron and thus actively shape the technological future of independent wealth management in Germany.

Your Tasks

  • You conduct market and user research and identify new product features and trends in WealthTech.

  • You use modern AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and design software such as Figma to develop analyses, user flows, product ideas, and initial prototypes faster.

  • You develop the product roadmap for apeiron and, together with cross-functional teams, work out detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • You work closely with various departments within the company as well as with external partners and other stakeholders, coordinating with them regularly.

  • You are in ongoing exchange with independent wealth advisors, continuously gather feedback, and translate their requirements into concrete product improvements.

  • You ensure that product functions are implemented according to specifications, with high quality, and on time.

  • You monitor the performance of existing functions and the underlying platform and identify potential for technical optimizations and UX improvements.

  • You take full responsibility for your own areas of responsibility and actively contribute to product decisions.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree.

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in product management or software engineering, ideally in the FinTech or startup environment.

  • You have knowledge or experience in the German wealth management system, ideally in the environment of independent financial advisors or wealth managers.

  • You are very familiar with agile methods such as Scrum and the entire software development lifecycle.

  • You are proficient in using tools such as Jira, Claude for Design, Framer, Grafana, Brevo, or Figma.

  • You work both independently and in a team and make well-founded decisions independently.

  • You communicate confidently and transparently within your team, company-wide (including with the CTO and CEO), and with external stakeholders and advisors.

  • You have a fluent command of German (at least C1) as ongoing exchange with German wealth advisors is a central part of your role, as well as fluent English.

  • You live in the Rhine-Main region and can spend at least 60% of your working time at our office in Frankfurt am Main.

Why Ginmon?

  • High degree of autonomy and the opportunity to actively shape our product strategy in close collaboration with the management team.

  • A dynamic, international team with flat hierarchies, fast decision-making processes, and a "get-things-done" mentality.

  • Competitive salary with an attractive, performance-based bonus system, linked to your partnership milestones.

  • Participation in the long-term success of Ginmon through a Virtual Employee Share Option Program (VESOP).

  • Special conditions for employee investments and use of our platform;

  • Hybrid working (60% on-site) and flexible working hours.

  • Modern office in the heart of Frankfurt with high-end equipment and optimal public transport connections.

  • Regular team events and a pleasant office atmosphere (snacks, drinks, company merchandise, and more).

  • Reimbursement of your internet costs and costs for your Deutschlandticket.

  • Diverse development opportunities.
