Your Tasks

• Be responsible for the further development and strategic alignment of existing software products in the area of network visualization, particularly GridVis Expert.

• Develop and elaborate product concepts, requirements, and solution approaches using modern digital tools and data-based decision-making grounds.

• Plan, prioritize, and steer the product roadmap for existing software solutions considering customer requirements, product strategy, and technical further development.

• Take over business project leadership for a development team, including professional guidance, prioritization, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

• Closely collaborate with Product Owners, Development, Sales, Support, and Product Marketing to successfully develop and position software products.

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

• Several years of experience in software product management, ideally in the industrial or energy sector.

• Experience with network visualization software, energy management software or comparable complex software products, ideally with direct reference to GridVis Expert.

• Techical understanding in Electrical Engineering, Network Visualization, Communication interfaces, data processing, and network monitoring.

• Experience in professionally guiding projects or development teams, ideally as Business Project Leader, Product Manager or in a comparable interface role.

• Knowledge of agile software development and handling Jira, Confluence, Miro, and MS Office.

• Very good German and good English skills, as well as a structured, self-reliant, and communication-strong working style.
