Product Manager (m/f/d)

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the further development of our SaaS solution for property management (app & platform) in Germany. You will set the right priorities, work closely with our teams in Germany and Paris, and be the central point of contact for the German market.

Responsibilities

Your role at Matera:

• You will develop the product vision and strategy for Germany based on data, market, and competitor analyses
• You will prioritize and be responsible for the product roadmap in close coordination with the German teams
• You will implement roadmap topics together with Tech, Design, GenAI, and Operations
• You will create and maintain PRDs with clear justification, context, and KPI goals
• You will coordinate releases, communication, and alignment with the business units
• You will measure product success, communicate results, and derive optimizations

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Must Have: You speak German and French at C2 level.
• You live in Berlin and enjoy working regularly in the office with the teams
• You have 1-4 years of experience in product management, ideally in a start-up environment
• You naturally use AI in your daily PM work for analysis, automation, and prototyping
• You feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive topics independently
• You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams

• Compensation: €55,000–€75,000 gross per year, depending on your experience.
