Product Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Product Manager to develop our SaaS solution for property management (App & Platform) in Germany. You will set the right priorities, work closely with our teams in Germany and Paris, and be the central point of contact for the German market.

Aufgaben

Your role at Matera:

• You develop the product vision and strategy for Germany based on data, market, and competition analysis
• You prioritize and are responsible for the product roadmap in close coordination with German teams
• You implement Roadmap themes together with Tech, Design, GenAI, and Operations
• You create and maintain PRDs with clear justification, context, and KPI goals
• You coordinate releases, communication, and alignment with departments
• You measure product success, communicate results, and lead optimizations

Qualifikation

You bring:

• Must Have: You speak German and French at C2 level.
• You live in Berlin and work regularly in the office with teams
• You have 1–4 years of experience in product management, ideally in a startup environment
• You use AI self-evidently in your PM daily life for analysis, automation, and prototyping
• You feel at home in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive topics independently forward
• You work structured, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams

• Salary: 55,000–75,000 € gross per year, depending on your experience.
