Product Manager (m/f/d)

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the further development of our SaaS solution for property management (App & Platform) in Germany. You will set the right priorities, work closely with our teams in Germany and Paris, and be the central point of contact for the German market.

Your Prospects:

• Compensation: €55,000–€75,000 gross per year, depending on your experience.

Your Role at Matera:

• You will develop the product vision and strategy for Germany based on data, market, and competitor analyses

• You will prioritize and be responsible for the product roadmap in close coordination with the German teams

• You will implement roadmap topics together with Tech, Design, GenAI, and Operations

• You will create and maintain PRDs with clear justifications, context, and KPI goals

• You will coordinate releases, communication, and alignment with the business units

• You will measure product success, communicate results, and derive optimizations

What you bring:

• Must Have: You speak German and French at C2 level.

• You live in Berlin and enjoy working regularly in the office with the teams

• You have 1–4 years of experience in product management, ideally in a start-up environment

• You naturally use AI in your daily PM work for analysis, automation, and prototyping

• You feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive topics forward independently

• You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams
