Product Manager (m/w/d)

We offer a care model for people with cycle-related complaints, such as endometriosis, PMS, PCOS, dysmenorrhea, and symptoms of menopause. It is a 6-month care package consisting of educational training contents and personal, interdisciplinary consultations by medical professionals. The offer is taken over by many health insurance companies and is therefore free to use for their insured persons.

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (m/w/d) (min. 30h/week or full-time), who will strategically develop our digital products and connect technology, design, and community. In this role, you are responsible for continuously optimizing our web and app products as well as designing user-oriented communication strategies.

Your Tasks

Web & Technology

• Self-managed administration and further development of our WordPress-based platforms with Elementor Pro
• Configuration and optimization of plugins (ACF, Performance Optimizer, etc.)
• Implementation of design adaptations using HTML/CSS, also with the help of AI code tools
• Briefing and coordination with external developers and technical service providers
• Implementation of automations with tools like Make, Zapier or n8n
• Co-design of app features and functionalities

Product & Community Management

• Conceptualization and design of email templates and marketing communication
• Creation and planning of push notifications and community posts
• Creation of content for our user community
• Ensuring consistent and appealing brand communication

Analytics & Product Optimization

• Analysis of usage data and derivation of action recommendations
• Data-based product improvements conceptualize and implement
• A/B testing conduct and evaluate

Qualification

You bring with you

• At least 3+ years of intensive experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro
• Fundamental knowledge in HTML/CSS as well as a keen sense for web design
• Experience with common WordPress plugins and performance optimization
• Knowledge in SEO, page speed optimization, and app UX
• Practical experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n)
• Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven work approach
• Native level German and excellent writing skills
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Communication strength and experience in collaboration with technical teams
