Product Manager (m/f/d) – Digital Wealth Management (apeiron)

With apeiron, Ginmon has further developed this technology and investment expertise into an independent B2B platform specifically aimed at independent financial advisors. apeiron supports advisors with intelligent tools for consulting, portfolio management, digital onboarding, fee settlement, and securities processing, thereby enabling them to offer a modern, scalable end-customer experience.

As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for the further development of apeiron and thus actively shape the technological future of independent financial advice in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• You conduct market and user research and identify new product features and trends in the WealthTech sector.

• You use modern AI tools like Claude, Gemini, and design software like Figma to accelerate the development of analyses, user flows, product ideas, and initial prototypes.

• You develop the product roadmap for apeiron and, together with cross-functional teams, work out detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• You work closely with various departments within the company as well as with external partners and other stakeholders, coordinating regularly with them.

• You maintain ongoing communication with independent financial advisors, continuously gather feedback, and translate their requirements into concrete product improvements.

• You ensure that product features are implemented according to specifications, with high quality, and on time.

• You monitor the performance of existing features and the underlying platform and identify potential for technical optimizations and UX improvements.

• You take full responsibility for your own areas of focus and actively contribute to product decisions.

Your Profile 

• You have successfully completed a university degree.

• You bring at least 3 to 5 years of practical experience in product management or software engineering, ideally in the Fintech or start-up environment.

• You have knowledge or experience in the German asset management system, ideally in the context of independent financial advisors or asset managers.

• You are very familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum and the entire software development lifecycle.

• You are proficient in using tools such as Jira, Claude for Design, Framer, Grafana, Brevo, or Figma.

• You work both independently and as part of a team, making well-founded decisions independently.

• You communicate confidently and transparently within your team, across the company (including with the CTO and CEO), and with external stakeholders and advisors.

• You speak German at a negotiation level (at least C1), as ongoing communication with German financial advisors is a central part of your role, and you are fluent in English.

• You live in the Rhine-Main region and can spend at least 60% of your working time at our office in Frankfurt am Main.
