Product Manager Long-Term Contract, Remote

Role Overview You will lead the product vision, roadmap, and execution for software products in the BQA / NATO / defense environment. You will partner with technical, security, operations, and stakeholder teams to ensure that what we build meets rigorous security, compliance, and performance requirements. You will own product outcomes in an environment where mistakes are unacceptable. Key Responsibilities Define product strategy, roadmap, and detailed requirements in alignment with defense/NATO standards. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and enhancements. Ensure that products meet customer needs, industry trends, and market demands. Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the defense/NATO environment, including its complexities, challenges, and opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, security, and compliance. Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to internal teams on product-related matters. Ensure that all products are compliant with relevant regulations, standards, and laws. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's overall strategy, goals, and objectives.
