Tasks

• You sense new product ideas that really are needed – data-based, market-driven, and with a feel for genuine customer needs.
• You turn these into well-thought-out concepts and bring them together with our team, external designers, and partners until launch.
• You keep an eye on our range: You analyze sales figures, customer feedback, and market developments and lead clear optimizations from there.
• You prepare everything that makes a product strong: Briefings for design & shootings, product brochures, manuals, and clear internal product pages (e.g., in Notion).
• You bring the product view into pricing and range decisions and ensure that listings and content are professionally correct and fit the product idea.
• You listen carefully, share your knowledge with the team, and let feedback from tests, surveys, and the market directly influence further developments.

Qualification

What you bring

• A degree related to product management, economics or consumer research.
• Experience in range development or innovation projects is advantageous.
• You think things through, structure them – and have a heart for details.
• You write and speak German & English fluently, clearly, and without knots in your tongue.
• Nice to have: You like cooking – or ask yourself while chopping onions how it could be even smarter.
