Our client is developing an AI business platform for companies and is consistently driving it to the next level. They are not looking for someone who explains AI, but someone who builds AI architectures that create real added value internally and for customers, and who can convey this knowledge in such a way that others can work with it. The location is flexible, 100% remote possible.

What awaits you
The role has two sides that are mutually dependent.

Orchestration and Design

• You conceptualize AI agents and skills from requirements analysis, through architecture, to the selection of suitable models, tools, and frameworks.
• You don't think in individual prompts, but in agent pipelines: coordinate multiple AI agents in parallel, evaluate their results, and steer them specifically. Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable agentic frameworks are daily practice for you.
• You evaluate and optimize AI-generated solution proposals and integrate them securely into existing architectures and processes.
• You systematically ensure the quality and performance of the implemented solutions.

• You are the central point of contact for AI topics, internally for the product team and externally for customers.
• You translate complex AI technology into economically sensible, understandable solution proposals, for developers as well as for people without a technical background.
• You pass on your knowledge in workshops and training sessions and ensure that AI solutions are actually used in practice because they are intuitive and simple.
• You take over the last-level support for AI topics of the product and are the technical contact person for product managers and sales.

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification, or alternatively demonstrable practical experience in the AI field
• In-depth understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and agent architectures and their application in companies
• Independently conceptualized, developed, and productively used AI agents and skills in real projects, not in the lab
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or comparable tools for orchestrating multiple AI agents
• Ability to quickly understand different specialist areas and industries and to develop AI-supported processes from them
• A feel for usability: you know what an AI solution needs technically and how users think
• Experience with Scrum
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills
