Product Manager Intern, Clearing & Settlement (Summer 2026)

The Clearing & Settlement plays a key role in the process of distributing the cost and revenue of marketplace orders to the participating stakeholders - buyers, sellers, Shopee platform and 3rd parties, based on the orders’ fulfilment result and the contractual agreements between the stakeholders. The core of it is escrow calculation and payout to sellers. Job Description: Build comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce Clearing & Settlement products, on key business flows, use case scenarios and requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including buyers, sellers, and 3rd parties. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and improvements. Analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions and optimize product performance. Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, product roadmaps, and product release notes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide timely and accurate product updates to stakeholders. Job Requirements: Strong understanding of e-Commerce Clearing & Settlement products and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
