Product Manager - Industrial Automation

LHH For a client company specialized in designing and implementing industrial automation machinery, we are currently looking for a Product Manager. Responsibilities The figure, reporting directly to the Technical Director, will be responsible for managing and developing assigned product lines, specifically: - Conducting technical requirement analysis requested by clients; - Customizing the machine according to customer specifications; - Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers; - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product development with business objectives; - Managing and controlling project timelines, budgets, and resources; - Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: - A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field; - At least 3 years of experience in industrial automation or a related field; - Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and trends; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; - Proficiency in MS Office.
