Product Manager – Innovation & Design

Capco is looking for Product Managers to support major players in financial services and energy in designing products that are useful to their customers and create value for their organization.

Within our Tech, Product & Engineering capability, you will join multidisciplinary teams comprising Product Managers, engineers, developers, and business experts.

Your role will be to understand user needs, identify the right problems to solve, and transform these insights into simple, viable, and high-performing products.

You will also pragmatically integrate approved AI and automation tools into your work methods to accelerate research, analysis, and experimentation, while keeping human judgment at the heart of product decisions.

Your responsibilities 

• Work with multidisciplinary product teams to identify priority user problems and design solutions that are desirable, viable, and technically feasible.
• Be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and user research to launch, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
• Combine market studies, qualitative research, quantitative data, and observed behaviors to build a structured understanding of users and, where relevant, leverage approved AI tools to accelerate analysis and uncover insights.
• Integrate the specific constraints of financial services – regulation, risks and controls, data protection, and economic viability – into product decisions.
• Drive the product by results and the value created for users and the business, by testing different approaches rather than focusing solely on producing deliverables.

Desired skills and experience 

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, gained within a technology company or a consulting firm.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product discovery, design, and development, ideally on web and mobile experiences.
• Good command of product methodologies – Jobs-to-be-Done, personas, prioritization frameworks, KANO, Lean Startup – and Agile delivery methods.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with designers, engineers/developers, business teams, and stakeholders, as well as to address complex problems using structured data and insights.
• Good knowledge of banking and financial services, combined with a curiosity for the uses of AI and AI-enabled workflows that improve the quality, speed, or relevance of product work, in a responsible framework with human validation.
• You are comfortable working in French and English in international environments.
