Product Manager, Healthcare (M/F)

Withings is a pioneering French connected health company. Since 2008, we have been designing products and services that allow everyone to better understand their health and enable healthcare professionals to better support their patients.

Connected scales, watches, blood pressure monitors, medical devices, and digital services: our technologies are now used by millions of people and are increasingly integrated into the care pathway.

We are currently looking for a Healthcare Product Manager to contribute to the development of our health products and services, particularly around Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), chronic disease management, and new digital care pathways.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of patients, doctors, and care teams and transform them into simple and effective solutions.
• Design new Healthcare features, particularly around Remote Patient Monitoring and chronic disease management.
• Develop tools to enable healthcare professionals to better utilize Withings data, save time, and improve the quality of patient monitoring.
• Imagine patient journeys that promote engagement, therapeutic education, and the adoption of behaviors favorable to their health.
• Define the product vision, priorities, and roadmap in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Medical, Data, and Business teams.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the actual usage and impact of the developed features.
• Study the market, usage patterns, and evolutions in the digital health sector to identify new opportunities.
• Rapidly transform ideas into prototypes to test them with users before investing in their development.

We are looking for a profile capable of going beyond the functional definition of a product.

Generative AI tools are profoundly transforming the way products are built. We expect the Product Manager to know how to use them to accelerate their work: exploring an idea, analyzing data, creating a functional prototype, automating certain tasks, or testing a user experience.

The goal is not only to produce specifications but to be able to quickly make an idea tangible, in order to better collaborate with users, designers, and engineers.

Requirements

Profile Sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally from an engineering school or equivalent scientific/technical background.
• Approximately 3 years or more of experience, ideally in a demanding product or technological environment.
• Solid technical culture and a genuine desire to understand how products work.
• Strong product and design sensibility: ability to simplify complex issues and design intuitive experiences.
• Proficiency in generative AI tools, particularly for quickly creating prototypes, developing features, or automating certain tasks.
• Ability to prototype and manipulate technical tools; coding skills or having developed personal projects is a real plus.
• Strong interest in health, medicine, digital health, and new technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make product decisions.
• Excellent ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Engineering, Design, Medical, Data, and Business.
• Autonomy, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where many subjects remain to be invented.
• Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
