Your Tasks
- You will be responsible for the product vision and roadmap for our account switching products and will continuously develop them – from new features to entirely new product concepts.
- You will identify opportunities for new use cases and pan-European markets, contribute your own ideas, and drive them forward with conviction until implementation.
- You will clearly and data-based prioritize your backlog and ensure that your team works on the topics that create the greatest growth.
- You will translate the needs of our customers and partners in the European market into concrete, actionable product requirements.
- You will work closely with our Managing Director Banking as a sparring partner and jointly develop the product orientation further.
- You will measure the success of your decisions by clear key figures and derive the next steps from them.
Your Qualifications
- You have several years of professional experience as a Growth Manager, Product Owner, or Product Manager (all genders), ideally in the FinTech or banking environment.
- You think entrepreneurially, have a strong feel for data-driven products, and make decisions based on numbers and real user needs.
- You have a strong hands-on mentality, take responsibility, and bring your topics to completion independently.
- Ideally, you already have experience in international or European markets and enjoy thinking about products beyond national borders.
- You communicate clearly and convincingly to the team as well as to customers and management.
- You are fluent in German and English and, given our further European expansion, ideally have knowledge of other foreign languages.
