Product Manager (f/m/d) - Internship - Digital Supply Chain

Our **Digital Supply Chain** team is looking for a **Product Manager (f/m/d)** for an Internship, based in Paris.

Within the "Downstream Replenishment" domain, our collective's mission is to design and transform digital products that optimize the availability of our sports products worldwide. Composed of Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts, our team bridges the gap between tech and business to tackle a major challenge: getting the right product, to the right place, at the right time, using AI and advanced data models.

YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

As an Intern Product Manager, you will join an agile team. Your primary mission will be to take charge of the international deployment of one of our key digital products to our warehouses and stores.

Your main responsibilities:

• Product Deployment and Scalability Support: Actively participate in the operational deployment of our supply chain solution internationally and assist in its industrialization.
• Change Management Support: Collaborate closely with the team to support end-users (Supply Planners), facilitate product adoption, and co-facilitate training sessions.
• User Discovery Support: Contribute to gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback from the field to help the product team enrich the roadmap and optimize future features.
• Performance Monitoring: Assist in setting up and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption and operational efficiency.
• Agile Team Life: Actively participate in team rituals (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to immerse yourself in agile culture.
  
  

WHAT YOU BRING

Above all, we are looking for a curious, solutions-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Education: Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program.

• Interpersonal Skills & Soft Skills: Ability to simplify technical concepts for business profiles, analytical skills, and autonomy.

• Interests: A strong interest in Supply Chain challenges and technology.

• Languages: Fluent English is essential (daily international context). French is a plus.
