What we are looking for Essential background 2–5 years of experience as a practising Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS strong experience with discovery practices, including customer interviews, synthesis of insights, and opportunity prioritisation hands-on familiarity with the modern PM tool landscape, such as Jira, Productboard, Dovetail, Notion, Miro, Linear, or equivalent tools ability to lead structured conversations with senior stakeholders and sceptical audiences strong written communication skills, with a focus on clarity, concision, and persuasiveness experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Scrum or Kanban
