Product Manager ESS/Lithium batteries

Position Summary: Jinko ESS is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled ESS Product Manager to lead the development, positioning, and lifecycle management of our Energy Storage System solutions across the Latin American market. This role bridges the technical and commercial sides of the business, ensuring our BESS offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with regional market demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Latin American energy landscape and energy storage systems. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing product strategies for ESS solutions in the Latin American market; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product development, sales, and marketing efforts; Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts; Staying up-to-date on market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activity; Providing input on product roadmaps and prioritization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in the energy storage industry, with a focus on ESS solutions; Strong understanding of the Latin American energy landscape and energy storage systems; Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; Fluency in Spanish is required.
