Product Manager - Escrow

Job Title: Escrow Account Product Manager Job Summary We are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Product Manager to lead the ground-up development and launch of our bank's new escrow account product line. This role is a foundational position, a PM with a proven track record of bringing complex financial products to market from conception through launch. The ideal candidate will leverage deep domain expertise to navigate regulatory landscapes, define the product architecture, and drive the development of this innovative product. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure successful product launches. • Defining and prioritizing product features based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis. • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets for new product initiatives. • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to inform product decisions. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industries. • Proven track record of successfully launching complex products from conception through launch. • Strong understanding of financial markets, regulations, and industry trends. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
