Enter (formerly Talisman AI) was founded in 2023 with the mission of making Brazil a leader in Artificial Intelligence. We unite human expertise with the efficiency of AI to help large companies in Latin America optimize critical processes that require intense manual work. We started our journey by applying AI to create personalized legal defenses at scale, allowing large companies to reduce lawyer costs and increase their success rates. We serve clients such as Nubank, Banco BMG, iFood, SulAmérica, Light, Banco Inter, Banco C6, among others.

Vacancy

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager who loves solving real-world problems through digital solutions. You will be responsible for leading the strategy, discovery, delivery, and evolution of products that have an impact on users and the business.

Responsibilities

• Participate in defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the discovery process: understand user needs, market pains, and business opportunities.
• Prioritize demands based on impact, effort, strategic alignment, and user feedback.
• Work collaboratively with Design, Engineering, and AI Deployment.
• Ensure high-quality deliveries on time, focusing on results.
• Monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and guide decisions.
• Be the product reference for internal and external areas, articulating communication and alignments.

Requirements

Requirements Ideally you have:

• Experience as a Product Manager in technology or digital product companies.
• Skill in backlog management, requirement definition, documentation, and prioritization.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc).
• Able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and influence capacity.
• Desejável experience in B2B products.
• Knowledge of tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Looker, Amplitude, among others.
• Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), product metrics, and discovery frameworks.
