Product Manager - English Translation

We are looking for a Product Manager willing to take Toku's products to the next level, with a critical eye and always questioning the status quo of the industry. You should be someone who feels comfortable in an agile and dynamic environment, able to prioritize tasks and make decisions based on evidence. We believe that a good Product Manager knows how to communicate with all teams and stakeholders, to understand needs, identify opportunities, and add value from the product.

Tasks and Objectives

• Be responsible for the roadmap and strategy of one of our products.
• Constantly do Product Discovery, looking for opportunities based on our customers' pains and market/industry analysis.
• Lead task planning and prioritization according to what generates most value for our customers.
• Define metrics that determine the product's success and analyze data to find opportunities.
• Be a bridge between Product Designers and Software Engineers, as well as between your team and other areas of Toku.
• Actively mitigate impediments or blockers that impact project success.
