The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Product, this role is a critical part of the Product team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for a product area within our all-in-one platform. You will be working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers to define, build, and launch new features. What you’ll do: - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area. - Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions. - Define and prioritize product requirements and features. - Write clear and concise product specifications and user stories. - Work closely with engineers, designers, and marketers to ensure successful product development and launch. - Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in. What you’ll bring: - 3+ years of experience in product management. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with SaaS products. - Experience with HR or payroll software is a plus.
