Product Manager for Marketing and Innovation (M/F)

Your Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of new products within the innovation process
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, including benchmarks, gap analyses, and research
• Coordinate product development projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders from R&D, Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales departments
• Support the development of GALA brand portfolio and the introduction of new product lines in European markets
• Create product documentation and presentations, and support marketing activities and product launches
• Prepare and analyze market and product data to support decision-making regarding innovation
• Close cooperation with international teams and reporting to the Head of Marketing

Our Requirements

• Higher education in marketing, management, product design, or related fields, and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in market and competitor analysis, and in creating product concepts
• Good understanding of consumer trends, retail dynamics, and product positioning
• An orderly and well-organized way of working combined with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creativity combined with a pragmatic, practical approach and high communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for developing and designing trend-inspired products
• Very good knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge of product development processes will be an additional advantage
